Terms and conditions

CARNESS OE (under the trademark YACHTNESS) reserves the right to amend or revise at its discretion the terms and conditions of use and for making transactions with the e-shop, whenever considered necessary, while undertaking the obligation to inform consumers about any change through the webpages of the e-shop.  Any agreements issued through the e-shop shall be drafted in Greece.
